Even when over medicated, this patient is tons of fun. Ella Mental, Mental Patient costume includes faux straight jacket style shirt with vinyl restraints, skirt and Bellevue hat. Shirt has velcro tabs on sleeves and sides of shirt so that arms can be crossed in front for straight jacket look but are then eaisily undone so wearer can use their hands.
